"It was very important to us to be meet in the airport as my husband is very immobile, however we had to wlak to the pick up point which was very very hard for us. I think we should have been told, previosuly I have been met at the airport and if the parking is too expenive for the driver I shoiuld have been asked, i would have happily paid.
